Games room - was exposed concrete block walls and unlined ceilings. The flooring was concrete with carpet tiles. The walls have been packed out, insulated with poly and lined with Gib Board. The ceiling packed, insulated and lined with Gib Board. New double glazed windows inserted, the flooring new timber overlay. A new bar made to order with Kwila timber bar top (made by Montage Kitchens).

This is now a second living arsea which is a pleasure to relax in, which
overlooks a large terraced area and swimming pool.
